Shiley Fen

Shiley FEN without inner cannula. An inner cannula is required in order for accessories to be connected, since it has the 15mm connector.

Shiley FEN with a closed inner cannula as used for machine ventilation. The fenestration is closed off by the inner cannula.

Shiley FEN with fenestrated inner cannula as used for speaking. The fenestration allows air to flow to the larynx.
